What You'll Do

Perform routine adjustments, maintenance and repairs of production and facilities support equipment.

The Day-to-Day

• Metal fabrication of custom appliance frames and material handling equipment for our rental equipment inventory
• Adjust and maintain electrical / mechanical production and building support equipment
• Perform all types of building maintenance such as minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce loss of production time
• Maintain documentation for the equipment
• Maintain specialized tools
• Maintain Company standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Occasionally travel to other PEAK facilities to perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities
