Job description

UX Researcher

Location : Fully Remote, must sit EST or CST.

Pay Range : $70-80 per hr.

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and digital solutions industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Insights & Intelligence Department supporting the Experience Research and Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering actionable insights that shape innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess digital experience success.
  • Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights to influence product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
  • Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Full Story, and analysis tools like SPSS, SQL, SAS.
  • Experience with product research, including end-to-end, usability, or generative research.
  • A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.
