Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist located in Lafayette, LA. The Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages. Daily tasks include conducting hearing tests, fitting, and maintaining hearing aids, providing auditory rehabilitation, and counseling patients and their families. The Audiologist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating hearing and balance disorders
• Expertise in conducting hearing tests and fitting hearing aids
• Proficiency in auditory rehabilitation and patient counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.)
• State licensure and certification to practice audiology
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus
