Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members

Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore solutions

Create test scenarios and develop test plans to verify that client requirements are met in system design

Required Qualifications

6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, preferably in Health Care / Health Insurance

Strong background in Medicaid, specifically in claim processing

Knowledge of Prior Authorization, Member, Provider, and Long-Term Care concepts

Experience with project and change management tools such as ALM, iTrace / rTrace

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and creating deliverable documentation
