Unit Profile Facility Name : University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital Floor : 1-3 Position Information : Facility Department / Cost Center : Therapy Department 4071 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : PT Specialty : Physical Therapist Number of Openings : 1 Shift : 8am-4pm Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40 Weekend Hours : 2 weekend shifts per month Call Requirements : N / A Required Certifications : Current Ohio license in Physical Therapist. Experience in Rehabilitation preferred. Years of Experience : Minimum of 2 years physical therapy experience in an inpatient setting highly preferred; acute / rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
