Position Details

  • Shift Schedule : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
  • Hours per Week : 36 (3x12s)
  • Weekends : Every other weekend required
  • Holidays : Required
  • On Call : None
  • Float Requirement : May float to Postpartum as needed
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week

    • Pay Package

    Traveler (W2) :

  • Hourly Rate : $76.00
  • Weekly Gross : $2,736.00

    • Minimum Taxable : $1,494.00

  • Non-Taxable Stipend : $1,242.00

    • Traveler (1099) :

  • Hourly Rate : $80.00
  • Weekly Gross : $2,880.00

    • Overtime :

  • Daily OT : After 24 hours (based on differential)
  • Weekly OT : After 40 hours (based on differential)

    • Contract Type

  • Length : 13 weeks
  • Reason : Full-time vacancy coverage
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36
  • Pricing Negotiations : Permitted

    • Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN License (required)
  • BLS , ACLS , NRP , and Fetal Monitoring certifications (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to manage patients through all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

    • Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week night shift contract in Concord, Massachusetts .

    The RN will provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
