The Position
FanDuel Sports Network is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join the Technology team. Reporting to the SVP, Data and Analytics, this role will build data platforms and infrastructure to drive data-driven decision making. Responsibilities for this role include building new data platforms, optimizing existing data platforms, improving existing tools to deliver data, developing ETL processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and collaborating with data scientists and analysts across the organization. This role will enable the company and its partners to make more informed decisions quicker and more efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role has a startup mentality, knowledge of common design platforms, self-organizing individual, expertise in SQL and Microsoft Fabric, strong understanding of data modeling, and the ability to design and build data systems.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office and can be located in Southport, CT, NYC, Atlanta, GA, or ST. Louis, MO.
