HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Middlebury, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Acute Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 32 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance- Questionnaire in files must be completed prior to an offer being accepted. Assignment for 16-32 weeks. RN for Long Term Care Unit, not taking an LPN for this need : Floating required. 8H Days, 72H biweekly, 4 x 8s one week and 5 x 8s the next. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Traveler Must be able to work all holidays. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review. Requirements :
- Dementia Capable Care certification preferred
- Prior travel is required
- A minimum of 1 year in LTC experience required
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information :
