Position : Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Location : Remote (U.S. Based)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

Known for their training programs, strong lead flow, and technology-driven systems, they help licensed agents build a successful, compliant, and client-focused sales career from the comfort of home. Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls with Medicare-eligible individuals across assigned states
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage and Supplement plan options
  • Guide individuals through enrollment using proprietary online tools and platforms
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a remote environment
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted within CMS compliance guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance sessions

Requirements :

  • Active health insurance license in at least 10 U.S. states
  • Licensure must include : FL, CA, TX, NY, GA, MA, and IL (required)
  • Reliable remote work setup including computer, high-speed internet, and noise-free environment
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with remote performance metrics
  • CRM or dialer experience preferred but not required

    • Compensation & Growth :

  • $15.00 / hour base pay to start (entry-level licensed agents)
  • $30–$60 per closed deal in commission, paid twice per month
  • Base rate increase to $18.00 / hour after 90 days based on performance
  • Uncapped earnings potential with strong lead flow provided
  • Full-time, long-term opportunity with performance-based advancement
