The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Quality, Operations, and Execution (QOE) Human Resources (HR) team is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to join the team in San Antonio, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the San Antonio Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) portfolio and beyond. Each program has business growth, and you will have the direct opportunity to enable the talent to service their amazing capabilities. This role requires a hands-on, visible presence on the manufacturing floor to ensure employees receive support and that concerns are quickly resolved. By partnering with managers and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support in the following key areas :
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR support, conflict resolution, and relationship-building at all levels serving as a liaison between employees and management, enhancing communication, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
