The Role : Senior Manager, Co-Pack

Our Senior Manager of Co-Pack is a strategic relationship builder and operational powerhouse, who ensures that our partners deliver with excellence. A dynamic leader, driving strategy, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. This role is responsible for managing our co-pack supplier relationships across the supply chain and has a proven track record of implementing new supply chain practices, continuous improvement programs, and holding partners accountable to deliver on commitments.

As we expand into new categories and channels, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams within OLLY to refine our supply chain capabilities and identify best-in-class partners enabling us to create products that continually delight and surprise our consumers. Reporting to our Director of Contract Manufacturing, this high-impact role is a key contributor to bringing disruptive products to market and ensuring we have exceptional partners to support our high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the OLLY copacker network including capital equipment requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain improvements.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including performance tracking by developing KPIs and driving issue resolution.
• Assist in contract development, pricing analysis, and commodity management.
• Contribute and execute cost savings initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Help source and onboard new suppliers to support innovation and growth.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure new product launches are supported by capable and aligned supply chain partners.
• Support sustainability and social impact initiatives in partnership with the sustainability team.
• Serve as first line of escalation for unexpected challenges, ensuring continuity of supply and production.

The Details

Location : Chicago, IL, to be able to be onsite with contract manufacturers

Travel : 30-40%

Hours : Full time, exempt (salaried)

Manager : Contract Manufacturing Director

The pay range for this position is $149,400.00 - $182,600.00 dependent on experience and location.
