Job Summary

As a Maternal Program Manager RN, you will supervise care for newborns and mothers. This involves overseeing patient care from admission to discharge. You play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. You will assist the Medical Director with creating policies, training staff, and participating in QAPI activities. You will help with maternal QAPI meetings regularly. Your role includes aligning program phases : investigation, planning, implementation, testing, education, support, and quality management.

LOCATION / FACILITY :   Baylor All Saints Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas

SPECIALITY / DEPARTMENT PRACTICE :   Maternal Program

SHIFT / SCHEDULE :   FT, 8-hour days, Monday-Friday

PREFERRED :   Women's Services and / or L&D Nursing experience
