Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections, assessments, and tests on products to verify compliance with international and national regulations.
- Create detailed technical reports and documentation following relevant standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing technical expertise, including delivering customer presentations.
- Develop and implement test procedures, liaising with safety agencies concerning product designs.
- Offer technical guidance and support during safety testing programs and site inspections.
- Keep abreast of safety requirements, procedures, and technologies by participating in training and seminars.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to the ISO 17025 Quality System.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.A minimum of 6 years of experience in functional safety, particularly within Automotive, Rail, Machinery, or similar systems.Proficient in the design and development of safety-critical systems (ISO 26262, ISO 61508, ISO 13849).Demonstrated technical leadership and a collaborative working style.Exceptional communication skills along with foundational project management capabilities.Adept at interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Willingness to travel and thrive in fast-paced environments.What We Offer

The anticipated annual base salary for this full-time position is $120,000 - $140,000, influenced by factors such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package also includes an annual bonus target and is subject to eligibility requirements. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans, life insurance, disability options, and generous paid time off.
