Job Description : As a Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our HR department, from onboarding new employees and managing insurance claims to recruiting and filing. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Recruitment and Onboarding :

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.

Assist with handling and processing employee insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Generalist, Recruiter or in a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and general HR duties.

Familiarity with handling insurance claims is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Construction terminology and knowledge a plus.

Labor Law knowledge is a must.
