Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced clinical and operational business analytics support for the Physician and APP Services Operations team

Oversee design validation, collect feedback, and identify improvements for clinical tools

Lead the development of PowerBI reports and dashboards for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or other healthcare related areas

7 years of progressive responsibility in managing projects and business analytics

3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting

Experience in clinical analytics and business knowledge with specific experience partnering with clinicians

Demonstrated experience with national clinical best practices and benchmarks
