Job Summary : Clear Warranty is seeking a meticulous and organized Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring claim payments are delivered to customers, maintaining bank accounts, and escalating issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process reimbursement checks to customers and direct payments to service providers, ensuring timely and accurate payments to customers.
- Monitor and manage the credit cards and bank accounts used for payments.
- Compile and deliver weekly financial reports to ownership, providing oversight on claims numbers, types, and total monetary value.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for claim payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial operations and claims management.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with the warranty or home services industry is preferred.
