Senior DBT Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end data transformation using DBT within the Snowflake environment

Architect scalable data models to support insurance policy and quote workflows

Perform detailed data analysis, solution design, and implementation of data pipelines

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs

Engage with clients for technical discussions, status updates, and solution validation

Ensure best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and code reviews

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong hands-on experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake

Solid understanding of insurance data structures - especially related to policy and quoting systems

Proven experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL / ELT development

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Prior experience leading customer-facing discussions and driving solution delivery
