Employment Structure

You’ll be hired as a W-2 employee, which means we take care of your payroll taxes and offer a full benefits package. Unlike traditional salaried roles, you’ll be compensated at a higher hourly rate for each billable hour worked, giving you the potential to earn more based on the care you provide.
