Accountant - Real Estate | Growth Opportunity in a Collaborative Team

A mission-driven real estate organization in Baltimore City is seeking an Accountant to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to grow while working across property management, construction, and development projects.

What You'll Do :

Full-cycle accounting for assigned entities

Post tenant rent payments, manage AR, and reconcile accounts

Maintain lease records and tenant payments in Sage 300 (plus)

Prepare journal entries, financial reports, audits, and tax returns

Review loan / closing documents and support project reporting

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

3-5 years' experience (commercial real estate / development a plus)

Strong property accounting knowledge

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Sage 300 a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
