Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties :
Provide AV Support for our casino environments including :PC imaging, deployment, and maintenance
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of critical infrastructurePrinter and peripheral configuration, deployment, and maintenanceTeams video conferencing supportCoordinates solutions with IT and other departments and implement long term fixes as necessaryWork with escalating incidents to vendors on various software and hardware problemsAble to observe, predict, and communicate hardware ordering needs to purchasing lead on a regular basisWorks well with the Project Team and is available as a project resource, as neededCompletes a detailed report of work and observations and submits weekly to management and team membersMonitor systems to ensure compliance with Company and Governmental policiesProvide written documentation of all dutiesResponsible for installation of audio visual hardware for end users. Assists in the installation of advanced audio visual hardware and software under the direction of the AV ManagementPerforms routine tasks like room setups or other operational tasks as definedPerforms preventative maintenance on audio visual hardwareTest, evaluate, and install audio visual equipmentTroubleshoots basic hardware and software problems for end usersProvides basic training on hardware and software useFacilitates assistance from hardware and software vendors when necessarySetup and maintain cabaret stage entertainment and other special eventsDevices documentation for all end user hardware and software with regard to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, licensing, configuration, and network connectivityPrepares progressive reports for all work performedPull and terminate low voltage cableAssist in projects / events—setup / breakdown, sound and lightingWork untraditional hours that will vary based on eventsSkills, Education and Other Requirements
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration1-2 years’ experience in a high paced environmentFamiliar with audio visual conceptsExperience with audio, video, control systems and like technologyExperience in systems integrationFamiliar with networking concepts like TCP / IPFamiliar with personal computers, servers, and like technologyAbility to lift 50lbsAbility to continually use laddersIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesAbout the company
