• ) to provide OT services to pediatric patients in a full-time position from Mon-Fri. Job details provided below :
• POSITION DETAILS :
• LOCATION : Wright-Patterson AFB
• (4881 Sugar Maple Drive, Wright Patterson AFB, OH, 45433)
• SCHEDULE :
• Mon-Fri : 8hr shifts between 0730-1630 (1hr Lunch)
• PATIENT POP
• : Pediatrics. Occupational Therapist will conduct on-site PLAY Project implementation at remote Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) for a minimum of one week per month
• TRAVEL
• : Frequent travel within a 40-mile radius including off-installation travel to family homes
• BENEFITS

• : $53.00 / hr. +

• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST : REQUIRED ITEMS
• UPDATED RESUME :
• Must have updated resume with relevant OT prior work history listed
• DEGREE REQ
• : Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
• OT LICENSE
• : Must hold current, full, active & unrestricted OT License
• BLS CERT :
• Active Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
• P.L.A.Y CERT :
• P.L.A.Y certification is required for this position. Those who do not have P.L.A.Y certification must obtain it within 6-months of being hired
