As workers nationwide know that their benefits through their jobs greatly reduce or completely expire when they leave or retire from their jobs, our focus is to educate the working-class individuals that request our benefits through their local unions and organizations. Servicing them with a clear and concise explanation on the benefits that they are entitled to along with the options they qualify to receive!
Experience in our industry is not required as we have industry-leading training and support to provide you the tools to be successful and achieve your professional and personal dreams! And, in 2020, we transitioned to 100% virtual. Our people work from the comfort and safety of their homes, or from anywhere for that matter!

Job Responsibilities:Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibilityCalling and receiving calls from clientsScheduling appointments with clients who request our benefitsPresenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video callCompleting applications for insurance productsAttending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your careerSell and up sell insurance to new and existing clientsCompleting tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage
