As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as they arise. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises. Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and / or incidents. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
