What You’ll Do :

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outside Sales Expert to join our Pittsburg, TX team. If you love connecting with people, are driven by success, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you!

As a Trailer Expert, you’ll :

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding customer needs and matching them with the perfect trailer solutions.
• Drive sales growth by prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and closing deals with confidence.
• Be the go-to expert , staying informed on all product features, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Showcase our brand at community and industry events, representing Work Trailers with pride and professionalism.
• Always be learning , improving your sales skills, market knowledge, and product expertise.
• Customer engagement, Regularly travel to customer sites, coordinated with the General Manager, to build long-term relationships and actively promote the sales, parts, and service capabilities of Work Trailers.

Proven sales experience in the trailer or related industries.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with customers.

A self-starter mentality with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a bonus!).

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus—but not required.
