Job Summary
The Medical Scribe provides all clerical and information technology functions for providers in the clinical setting. This includes documentation of provider dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social and past medical history, as well as documents procedures, laboratory testing and results, dictated radiographic impressions, and other information pertaining to the patients visit. Anticipates provider needs to facilitate clinic flow. The primary role of the Medical Scribe is to increase efficiency of providers and improve overall patient experience.
