Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) / Space Mission Systems (SMS) has an exciting opportunity for a Spacecraft Assembly Integration & Test Manager to join our Common Products team in El Segundo California .

Position Responsibilities :

• Manages Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
• Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
• Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.
• Manages develops and motivates employees.
• Supports Common Products & Satellite Factory Integration Organization initiatives such as Driving Common Products Architecture Common Products Catalog & Roadmap Improving Profitability and New Business campaigns.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires an active Top Secret / Top Secret SCI Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master3 years related work experience 9 years related work experience etc.)

Travel :

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range : $142800 - $176400
