Remote LVN / LPN Nurse Coordintor

Schedule : Monday-Friday / 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM or 7 : 30 AM-4 : 30 PM (Central Time)

Location : Fully Remote

Pay : $25hr-$29hr

What You'll Do

Engage with patients and caregivers to ensure therapy adherence

Assist patients in starting prescribed treatments

Address therapy-related concerns with empathy and accuracy

Communicate with charge nurses in nursing homes as needed

Handle 50-70 inbound and outbound calls daily

Maintain precise documentation and follow templates

Participate in audits to ensure compliance and quality

Active Compact LPN / LVN License

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a small team setting

Professional phone presence and patient-first mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00 / hr.
