Job Title : Family Medicine Physician

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Gillette, WY, US

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | No weekends. No on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan
• Practice traditional primary care, as well as direct primary care (DPC) and concierge-style services
• Collaborate with internists, specialists, health coaches, and a dedicated support team
