As a Staff Software Engineer , you’ll play a leading role in designing, architecting, and scaling end-to-end systems that power intelligent healthcare decision‑making. You’ll work across the full stack — from sleek, performant front‑ends to robust, data‑driven back‑ends — helping define the technical foundation of a company set to redefine how healthcare dollars are spent.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and build scalable full‑stack web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Django.
  • Lead development of APIs, data models, and system integrations that support healthcare analytics and AI‑driven insights.
  • Partner closely with product and data teams to deliver intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces for healthcare administrators.
  • Set engineering best practices, drive code quality, and mentor junior developers within a small, high‑performing team.
  • Contribute to the design and optimisation of cloud infrastructure on AWS for scalability and reliability.

    • You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in full‑stack product engineering , building and shipping end‑user web applications .
  • Expertise in Next.js / TypeScript on the frontend and Django / Python on the backend.
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, RESTful API design , and cloud‑based architectures (AWS preferred).
  • A hands‑on, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving real‑world problems in healthcare.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in AI / ML‑based product development or health data systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions for CI / CD and infrastructure automation.
