About the Role
This is a chance to work on high-impact bridge design projects that directly improve mobility and safety across the region. You’ll take ownership of detailed design phases, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and use advanced analysis techniques to bring creative and cost-effective bridge solutions to life.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, design, and coordinate bridge projects from concept through delivery
- Prepare calculations, reports, and technical documentation with strong attention to quality
- Apply engineering best practices to ensure designs are safe, efficient, and cost-effective
- Review and self-check work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Partner with project managers and other engineers to meet schedules and budgets
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMinimum 4 years of bridge design experienceProficiency with Bentley Suite, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or similar softwareStrong technical judgment and familiarity with QA / QC standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLeadership presence and collaborative mindsetProficiency with Microsoft OfficeInvolvement in a professional engineering organization a plusWhat’s Offered
