This new role is designed to support the launch and expansion of Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System. The Symplicity Sr. Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets. Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System is cutting-edge technology that will change the lives of patients with high blood pressure. This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness access account activation and collaboration with senior Territory Managers.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory & Account Development
Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies.
Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders.
Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.
Sales Execution
Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy acting as a therapy specialist and resource.
Execute focused outreach strategies in hot markets with high patient potential.
Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory.
Customer Engagement
Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff building trust and credibility.
Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes.
Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
Training & Development
Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies.
Operate flexibly in a dynamic evolving environment with a project mentality.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of account activity outreach efforts and territory performance.
Adhere to all company policies regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
MUST HAVE : BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5years of business-to-business (B2B) or medical sales experience
NICE TO HAVE : DESIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven success in pharmaceuticals or high growth direct to consumer sales
Experience in direct-to-consumer or community-based sales models
Background in launching new therapies or products
Familiarity with cardiovascular or hypertension markets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and flexibly in ambiguous environments
Graduate of Medtronic PRIME program
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Frequent travel within assigned territory
Ability to lift / carry up to 20 pounds
Sit / stand / walk for 68 hours per day
Operate a moving vehicle with valid drivers license and insurance

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $85000 - $85000
The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification / education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
