What you will be doing :

• Develop, iterate, and execute sales strategy in the assigned sales territory to drive new logo acquisition.
• Command the entire sales process, from prospect to close, you will quarterback the deal and drive to close new logos across your assigned region.
• Pipeline generationleveraging all tools and resources at your disposal to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Solution sellinguncovering a prospect's true pain in order to position a value proposition which will truly make an impact in their day to day operations.
• Become an expertlearn and develop a strong understanding of SiliconExpert's core offerings, as well as the competitive landscape.
• Team playercollaborate with cross-functional teams including partnerships, marketing, customer success, and your fellow sales team to succeed in your goals and help them succeed in theirs.

What we are looking for :

This position is a 60 / 40 split work arrangementfully remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual hiring range / hourly rate : $101,200.00 - $150,153.04. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Location : US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees) Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
