MUST OFFER CONSISTENTLY WEEKLY COVERAGE 5-10 HOURS EACH WEEK TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PREMIUM RATE.We currently have a PRN opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our skilled nursing facility in Alamo, TN . Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including assisted / independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for Physical Therapist :

PRN

Tennessee Physical Therapy license required.
