Provide comprehensive cardiac and telemetry nursing care to high-acuity patients in a Level II trauma setting. Interpret and respond promptly to tele / 12-lead EKGs, initiating or titrating antiarrhythmic medications and anticoagulants as needed. Monitor patient vital signs continuously, assess changes critically, and implement appropriate interventions to stabilize patients. Manage invasive procedures such as PIV insertion, chest tube / indwelling drain management, and CBI setups. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and technicians, to deliver patient-centered care and ensure treatment plans are executed effectively.

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements : - Current active compact nursing license
- AHA BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Experience Requirements : - Minimum of 2 years of strong Cardiac / Telemetry experience
- At least 1 previous travel assignment
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Other Requirements : - Recent EPIC charting experience
- Ability to interpret Tele / 12-lead EKGs
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively
