Pay : $40 per hour

Schedule : 4 Days per Week | 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Mechanical Millwright for a full-time opportunity in Chicago, Illinois . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial environments and a proven track record in machine maintenance and mechanical systems.

Position Overview :

As a Mechanical Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, working 12-hour shifts, four days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and motors
Align and install machinery and mechanical systems
Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Ensure compliance with all safety and maintenance procedures
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Requirements :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical millwright in an industrial setting

Proficiency in machine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, tools, and practices

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Reliable transportation to the job site in Chicago, IL
