An established professional services firm is seeking a Partner-level tax leader to oversee its San Diego office. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to lead a team of experienced professionals and play a key role in the firm’s next phase of growth.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of tax and accounting professionals
• Oversee client engagements, including compliance and strategic tax planning
• Manage day-to-day office operations and support long-term growth initiatives
• Serve as a key leader during a planned leadership transition
