We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Lansing, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients while ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative operations. Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.

Manage outbound calls to follow up on client issues and ensure satisfaction.

Process orders accurately, ensuring timely entry into the system.

Provide clear and detail-oriented communication to resolve customer concerns.

Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations and meet organizational goals.

Utilize call center systems to track and document customer interactions.

Support administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency.

Handle customer service issues with empathy and a focus on quality.

Maintain a detailed understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.

Requirements :

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficiency in order entry and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Familiarity with basic administrative functions and customer support tools.

A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
