PAY & INCENTIVES

65CPM + $50 tarp pay OR 70CPM base pay
$1.900-$2.300 weekly take-home pay
2500 to 3000 average weekly miles
Running OTR, mainly east of i-35
Safety Bonus
Referral Bonus
Performance Bonus

HOMETIME

2 weeks out with 2-3 days home standard hometime (may differ based on home location)

Drivers take the truck home, or bring it to the yard if more convenient
