Position Title : Associate

Job Summary :

Assist with daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. Contribute to the store’s success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Experience : Provide outstanding service, address needs, resolve issues.

Sales & Performance : Achieve sales targets, manage merchandise, execute promotions.

Operational Excellence : Handle inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance, ensure policy compliance.

Team Collaboration : Work with team members to meet sales and operational goals.

Qualifications :

Experience : Retail or similar role preferred, with sales achievement history.

Customer-Centric : Passion for excellent service and memorable shopping experiences.

Communication & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, positive attitude.

Flexibility : Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Tech-Savvy : Basic math, POS system familiarity.

Minimum Requirements :

Availability : Mornings, days, nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Punctuality & Attendance : Consistent and reliable.

English Proficiency : Clear spoken and written English.

Basic Math & Reading Skills : To perform tasks and understand reports.

Physical Demands :

Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, lifting 5-25 lbs, good vision required.

Work environment : Moderately noisy retail setting.
