Position Summary
The Field Coordinator supports daily restoration operations by visiting active job sites to oversee temporary labor crews and verify performance, attendance, and compliance with All Dry standards. This position ensures that temp employees represent the company professionally, follow safety procedures, and complete assigned work efficiently. The Field Coordinator serves as the on-site liaison between the office, project managers, and temporary staffing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple job sites daily to verify temp crews are on time, properly uniformed, and wearing required PPE.
- Confirm work orders, scope details, and safety expectations are understood by the crew before work begins.
- Perform quality walk-throughs during active jobs to ensure standards for cleanliness, containment, and moisture control are met.
- Communicate directly with Project Managers, Leads, or Customers to confirm satisfaction with temp staff performance.
- Report attendance issues, unsafe conditions, or performance concerns immediately to Operations.
- Take photos and detailed notes for documentation, including start / end times for each crew.
- Deliver or pick up supplies, job folders, moisture logs, or equipment as needed.
- Assist with on-site orientation for new temp workers (safety briefing, uniform requirements, and work expectations).
- Verify sign-offs, job documentation, and clock-in / clock-out accuracy for timekeeping.
- Maintain a daily log of visits, findings, and any corrective actions taken.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, staffing, or field operations preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership presence in field environments.
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and work around active mitigation / reconstruction environments.
- Competent with smartphones / tablets for photo documentation and digital reporting.
Work Environment
- Primarily field-based; travel between residential and commercial job sites daily.
- Exposure to job conditions such as dust, debris, confined spaces, and wet environments.
- Standard hours MondayFriday (7 a.m.5 p.m.) with flexibility for emergency response calls or weekend checks.
Compensation
$20$25 / hour, based on experience. Company vehicle provided for travel during work hours.
