Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Empower Patients and Their Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices to facilitate ongoing support at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Strategies: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans accordingly to optimize patient progress.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development encouraged and fully supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in California
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
