THE ROLE

As a floor manager, you’re responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. Your store is the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers who may shop in store, online or via a partnership. You’ll support the brand leader and store team in delivering excellent in-store and online service, and you will provide knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members responding to first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. The role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm and determination to ensure that the in-store customer experience is consistently excellent and that the store represents the AllSaints brand in the most exciting way possible. Leadership of the stylists will be a key part of your role, coaching and supporting team members to succeed, meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • The majority of your day will be spent on our busy shop floor trading with our stylist teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and customers receive the best in-store experience.
  • Oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across topics related to product and customer orders via our online customer service system.
  • Collaborate with specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support.
  • Be an expert ambassador for our product, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
  • Work with pace to showcase products, ensure guidelines are followed and feature best-selling items to deliver the best brand experience.
  • Be accountable for day-to-day store operations and deploy the team to support daily routines, developing business acumen and ensuring stylists receive the coaching they need.
  • Work with the management team to enable the store to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively manage people-related matters such as return-to-work interviews, liaising with People & Culture on issues requiring investigations, performance / attendance management and reviews.
  • Create and implement floor plans and rotas to set the store up for daily success.

  • Pay Range in San Diego, California — Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Salary Range : $22.60 - $23.60 USD / Hour, Plus Monthly Commission There is also potential to elevate earnings with our team commission scheme. Your hard work can translate into greater rewards.

    Our North America region comprises 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing AllSaints’ aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
