Sentara is hiring for a Supervisor for their Patient Accounting Team!

This is a fully remote position!

Overview

Supervises assigned staff; manages the day-to-day billing and collections (or reporting and audit) activities of assigned area; participates in strategic planning for the department; serves as a technical resource to team members, assisting with tasks as necessary; communicates effectively with supervisor, staff, patients, third party payors and others to resolve problems and / or concerns.

Experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is : $60,756.80 - $101254.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
