• Mechanical Construction HVAC Superintendent
• to join our team and help lead field operations on complex builds. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems, experience managing field crews, and are ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
• What You’ll Do
• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites.
• Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors.
• Solve field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years
• of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles).
• Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.
• Solid understanding of
• hydronic and duct systems
• Strong scheduling and job coordination skills.
• Experience with project management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Nice to Have
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual (a plus but not required)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $28.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 45 per week
