NetSuite Functional Consultant (Remote)

Role Overview : An established consultancy, widely recognized for delivering ERP transformation excellence, is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to play a key role in implementing and enhancing NetSuite solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel required during major project phases, training workshops, or executive alignment sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end NetSuite projects, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live stabilization.
• Analyze client processes across finance, procurement, order management, and inventory to identify system improvement opportunities.
• Configure NetSuite modules such as financials, order management, inventory, and billing based on unique business needs.
• Design and build saved searches, dashboards, reports, and automated workflows using tools like SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
• Work closely with technical teams to manage integrations, SuiteScript customizations, and data migration.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management to ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide ongoing advisory services, system enhancements, and upgrade planning.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date, including solution specs, test plans, and training materials.
