Job descriptionProspect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Identify Business and Individual clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options. Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and premiums Maintain long-term relationships to support client retention and referrals. Stay up to date on industry trends, products and compliance requirements Fully Remote position with flexible hours High earnings potential with uncapped commissions Access to a wide portfolio of insurance products Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Performance-based incentives and bonuses Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individuals. Prior Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid state insurance license Desire for helping and educating people

In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with businesses and individuals, helping them protect what matters most through personalized solutions.
