Job description

Full-Time Yard Associate

Farm and Home Hardware in Wellington is looking for a reliable and hard-working Full-Time Yard Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do :

  • Assist customers with loading lumber, mulch, soil, and other large products
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe outdoor yard and loading area
  • Pull and stage customer and contractor orders for pickup and delivery
  • Check in, unload, and stock incoming shipments
  • Work as part of the team to provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For :

  • Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather conditions
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must
  • Previous experience in a hardware store, lumber yard, or warehouse is a plus (but not required)
  • Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
