Consumer Engagement & Influencer Manager

Job Description

• Establish and implement influencer campaigns that are aligned with brand strategy to drive awareness and conversion
• Lead influencer relations team globally on influencer relationships across all platforms
• Lead strategy planning and execution of all global influencer mailers
• Lead identification and execution of own influencer relations including contract negotiations, strategy briefings, content creation approvals
• Develop go-to-market strategies for influencer planning and development across 360-degree programs
• Support the measurement and reporting of the impact of key activities and ROI analysis
• Ensure synergy between all country influencer outreach and programs
• Responsible for global influencer relations budget planning and tracking
• Create clear social media goals by product, category and region
• Partner with creative and events team to plan all global influencer events
• Lead all brainstorming efforts within social media to create outside-the-box strategic social initiatives
• Managed internal team and partner with external agencies, including paid social, TikTok, and PR
