Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage various loan processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, and others
Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and changes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
Current experience with purchase loans
Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
Advanced knowledge of various loan programs and federal / state guidelines
