  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential construction projects.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.

  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and building codes.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and internal teams to maintain project vision.

    • \n

  • Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within scope.

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.

    • \n

  • Proven success managing high-end or custom home projects.

    • \n

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

    • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
